Shandong Weima Company Successfully Holds Celebration and Commendation Conference Marking the 113th International Women’s Day

As all things revive in the warm spring breeze, women’s flowers bloom with radiant smiles. On the morning of March 8, Shandong Weima Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. held a celebratory event themed “Strive to Contribute, Achieve Success, Pursue Progress, and Seek Development,” aimed at commending outstanding individuals, setting exemplary models, and widely publicizing the remarkable deeds of excellent female employees, thereby harnessing the power of role models to guide and inspire the company’s female workforce to make contributions in the new era. Zhang Chuanfang, Chairman of the Company, and Liu Fangfang, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

During the meeting, ten female representatives from the company delivered speeches centered on the theme of “Striving for Dedication, Achieving Success, Pursuing Progress, and Advancing Development,” which greatly inspired all attendees and encouraged the broader ranks of female employees to approach their work with even greater enthusiasm and a proactive, enterprising spirit. They were urged to uphold core principles while embracing innovation, assume responsibility and take decisive action, and, as they embark on a new journey in their careers, continue to press forward, overcome challenges, and create new achievements—thus writing a new chapter and opening up new prospects in 2023 with outstanding results. At the same meeting, the list of Weima Women’s “Outstanding Managers, Outstanding Technical Pioneers, and Outstanding Frontline Employees” for 2022 was announced, and certificates and awards were presented to the recipients. In their acceptance remarks, the three award-winning representatives emphasized that this honor is not only a responsibility but also a commitment; going forward, they will cherish this recognition, remain true to their mission, continue to perform their duties conscientiously and responsibly, and, from this new starting point, consistently deliver new accomplishments.

They epitomize the outstanding qualities of self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement that define women in the new era, while also showcasing the WEMA spirit of hard work, dedication, relentless pursuit of progress, and willingness to shoulder heavy responsibilities. On behalf of the company, Chairwoman Zhang Chuanfang extended warm congratulations to the honored individuals and, through them, conveyed festive greetings and profound respect to the broad ranks of female employees who are diligently working on all fronts throughout the organization.
