Responsibilities of the Supervisor

1. Cultivate the apprentice’s dedication to their work and professional ethics through both verbal instruction and personal example, thereby enhancing their overall ideological, moral, and professional competence.
2. Show care, concern, and assistance to apprentices in both their work and personal lives, and serve as a role model in conduct and interpersonal relationships.
3. Jointly learn and apply new knowledge and technologies with trainees, and encourage and support their innovative thinking.
4. Carefully develop training plans and development objectives, identify the key learning priorities for each stage, implement rigorous training, effectively impart the knowledge and skills accumulated in the course of work to trainees, and ensure the successful completion of all training tasks.

The Mentor's Task

1. Cultivate apprentices to develop a sound work style and professional ethics.

2. Provide the apprentice with the necessary learning materials, including rules and regulations, operation manuals, and work procedures; instruct and supervise the apprentice to comply with all company rules and regulations and to abide by laws and regulations.

3. Impart the theoretical knowledge and professional skills required for this position and specialty, ensuring that trainees acquire both the necessary knowledge and practical competencies. Provide diligent and responsible guidance and troubleshooting of technical challenges to enable trainees to quickly master job-specific skills and hands-on operational proficiency, thereby enhancing their ability to work independently.

4. Strengthen education on safety and civilized production to prevent workplace accidents. During the “mentor-apprentice” training period, if the apprentice commits disciplinary violations or causes an accident for which they are held responsible, and such outcome is attributable to the mentor’s failure to fulfill their mentoring duties, the mentor shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

Conduct studies in accordance with the “Training Plan,” perform assignments strictly in compliance with relevant technical regulations and under the guidance of the supervisor, and comply with the supervisor’s instructions as well as the management of the head of this department/unit.

Respect teachers and value education; in daily work, promptly seek guidance from your mentor when encountering operational issues to prevent quality incidents caused by improper procedures.

Strictly comply with all rules and regulations, follow the instructions of the supervisor, ensure production safety, and prevent the occurrence of production accidents.

Quality Service

During the training period, if the apprentice is unable to complete the tasks assigned by the mentor or meet the learning progress on time due to personal reasons, the mentor or the employing department may propose termination of the mentor–apprentice agreement, which shall be filed with the Human Resources Department.
