“Social Development Starts with Education”: Teacher’s Day Appreciation Event by Shandong Weima Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.

On the occasion of the 37th Teachers’ Day, in order to promote the fine tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education, inspire teachers to devote themselves to the cause of education, strive for progress, and pioneer innovation, and encourage the whole of society to respect and care for teachers, thereby fostering a positive social atmosphere of honoring educators, the Shandong Weima Trade Union has decided to organize a慰问 (comfort) activity during the Teachers’ Day period, extending, on behalf of the company, festive greetings and sincere best wishes to teachers and education professionals.

Teachers are the transmitters of human cultural and scientific knowledge, as well as social moral principles and codes of conduct; in the inheritance and development of human society, they serve as a bridging link that connects the past with the future. As the Russian educator Ushinsky once said: “The teacher is the intermediary between all the noble and great figures of the past and the new generation; he feels himself to be a living link between the past and the future.” It is precisely because of this vital link that humanity can look forward to a glorious future.

Under the leadership of Comrade Xi Yongbo, a series of visits were made to eight schools: Yuelaihu Primary School in Dongying City, Dongkai Primary School in the Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dongkai No. 2 Primary School, Dongkai Experimental School in the Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dongkai Middle School in the Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dongying Experimental Primary School, Dongying Xingzhi Experimental School, and Chenyang School in Dongying City. On this festive occasion, heartfelt congratulations were extended to the educators who have long worked quietly and steadfastly on the front lines of teaching, and a cash donation of RMB 10,000 was presented to each school.
